According to the newly released report of Iran's Central Bank, Iran banks have paid out some 99.7 percent of their assets to citizens as credits until the end of last solar year (ended on March 21), KhabarOnline portal reported.

Iran Bank system's free assets value stood at some $524 million at the time, meaning that at the last months of the ex-president Ahmadinejad`s administration, the funds of Iranian banks were almost empty.

It should be recalled that, head of the House of Farmers and advisor of president Hassan Rouhani Issa Kalantari, who served as Minister of Agriculture from 1997 to 2005 stated on early July that Rouhani will take the presidency with an empty treasury, empty ports and depots and an empty Central Bank.
