Economic reforms in Turkey contribute to the country's development, Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan said, TRT Haber TV channel reported on Wednesday.
According to Babacan, Turkey is focused on economic growth and Ankara will make every effort to achieve this aim.
The Deputy Prime Minister also stressed that economic growth positively affects the development of other spheres too.
"Turkey's aim is to become one of the leading countries in economic development by 2023," Babacan said.
Earlier, he stated that Turkey's economy is more developed than the economies of some EU countries.
