Spain's minister of industry to visit Iran soon

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif announced on March 2 that Spain's minister of industry and tourism to visit Iran soon.

He made the announcement at a joint press conference with Spain's Foreign Minister Jose Garcia Margallo in Tehran.

"Iran and Spain enjoy age-old relations. The two countries' ties are based on mutual respect and common interests," Zarif explained.

"We discussed the Syrian conflict and a very dangerous situation in the region with Spain's foreign minister," he added.

Zarif also referred to Iran and the P5+1 talk, saying a comprehensive nuclear deal is possible with good will and commitment.

He also mentioned to the situation in Ukraine and said that Iran hopes the crisis in Ukraine will be settled peacefully.

At the end, the Iranian foreign minister announced that he will visit Japan and Indonesia in near future.
