Turkmen State Oil and Gas Concern "Turkmenneftegazstroy" announced a tender.
Subject of the tender is the procument of a rotary drilling rig with additional vibrator function.
All those wishing to participate in the tender are invited to:
- Submit a written application to participate in the tender, indicating full name, legal status, country of registration and requisites;
- Become familiar with the tender rules;
- Obtaint lots` specifications and technical requirements;
- Obtain tender documents by paying $ 500 or equivalent in manats, for one lot.
Bids will be accepted until 16:00 local time in June 9, 2014.
The account for the transfer of funds for the package of tender documents will be provided upon submission of written application.
The bids should be delivered to the above-mentioned address with publication of the notice and will be accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account in two envelopes. First envelope should contain full specifications and requirements for the offered products, as well as all the necessary tender documents .
The second envelope should contain only offers ( technical and commercial specifications) at the prices for the offered products.
