Commit consulting company has developed a business plan for the Park of High Technologies in Azerbaijan, a source in the telecommunications market told Trend Oct.8.
The results of the work on the preparation of the business plan will be unveiled in the near future, according to the source.
Currently, preparations for the tender on attraction of contractors for implementation of architectural works of High-Tech Park (Technopark) in Azerbaijan are at the final stage.
Laying of the foundation of the industrial park is planned before the end of the year.
The technical control over the design process as part of the construction of the IT Technological Park is being carried out by the U.S.-based company Hill International, the source said.
Financing of construction works is provided at the expense of the state.
The Technopark will be built in the Pirallahi district of Baku. Some 50 hectares of land there has been allocated for the construction.
The park will have administrative and residential buildings will be built in Technopark. An incubation center, mini-factories for the production of high-tech products, etc. will be created in the area as well.
