The only collection agency in Azerbaijan, BOA ensured the return of debts to several foreign IT-companies, the director of the BOA agency Samir Mustafayev told Trend.
He said that the agency continues to receive applications from abroad. "Basically, companies, for which our natural or legal persons have debts, apply," said Mustafayev.
He said that everything is going well in this area in the agency. "Last year, a dozen companies applied to us, and we provided a refund to more than half of them," said Mustafayev. "Cases on debt repay to Ukrainian and US IT-companies are already closed. Our companies repaid their debts in three steps. Applications of a number of companies from countries of the near abroad are considered now, and there is progress on them. If the amount of the debt exceeds 10,000-15,000 AZN, the debtors are asked to set a timetable for the return of funds by parts."
The official exchange rate on January 13 is 0, 7844 AZN / USD.
He said that there are appeals from six to seven companies at the moment.
BOA Collection agency LLC was registered in the Ministry of Taxes December 19, 2011 and began to work in late 2012.
