Hasan Guliyev has been appointed deputy chairman of the Management Board of the Bank of Baku, said the bank’s website.
Another deputy chairman of the bank’s Management Board, Eldar Hamidov, has been appointed acting chairman of the bank’s Management Board.
Currently, the bank’s Management Board, in addition to Hasan Guliyev and Eldar Hamidov, includes Chairman of the Supervisory Board Elchin Isayev, as well as heads of fields - Natiq Nuraliyev and Tural Mammadov.
Bank of Baku was established in 2005 following the merger of two private banks – Bank of Baku OJSC and IlkBank.
