Baku, Azerbaijan, March 9
By Ali Mustafayev - Trend:
Agreement on visa-free travel regime between Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates will come into force on March 10, the ministry of foreign affairs of Kazakhstan said in a message.
Kazakh citizens will be free to stay in the UAE for up to 30 days, but in case of violation of this term, they will be fined.
"Each citizen will be obliged to present a passport, with at least 6 months of validity, during the entrance to the UAE. Women are allowed to enter the territory of the UAE without escorting men, if they have reached the age when they can be held accountable under the law. Juveniles should be accompanied by parents. In case of traveling alone, juveniles need a power of attorney," the message says.
The ministry also stressed that the visa-free regime does not apply to those who intend to find employment in the UAE. However, negotiations and business meetings are allowed.
