In February 2018, 48,327 Azerbaijani citizens visited Turkey, which is 5,138 more than in February 2017, according to a report of the Culture and Tourism Ministry of Turkey.
According to the report, the share of Azerbaijani citizens in the total number of foreigners who visited Turkey in February 2018 was 3.16 percent, while in February 2017 the figure was 3.72 percent.
The report notes that 96,400 Azerbaijani citizens visited Turkey during the first two months of 2018.
In February, 1,527,070 foreigners visited Turkey. In January-February 2018, 2,988,640 foreigners visited Turkey.
