Tashkent city administration is planning to purchase new special equipment from South Korean Hyundai company for street and block cleaning, Uzbek media reported on May 7.
The new equipment will be put into operation beginning from Summer 2018. The city administration is going to purchase over 180 garbage trucks and other cleaning equipment manufactured by South Korean Hyundai.
It was reported earlier that Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov had met with South Korean delegation headed by the Director of the Northern Economic Cooperation Committee Son Yeon Gil on May 3.
The sides discussed prospective spheres for further development of bilateral cooperation in various spheres, as well as topical agenda.
