The National Bank of Kazakhstan has suspended the license of Eximbank Kazakhstan JSC for systematic violation of prudential norms and regulatory legal acts. The license was suspended until Aug. 29, 2018, the press service of the National Bank announced.
"By the resolution No. 91 of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated May 28, 2018, the license of Eximbank Kazakhstan JSC for accepting deposits of individuals and opening bank accounts for individuals has been suspended beginning May 29, 2018 for a period up to Aug. 29, 2018 inclusive," says the message.
The license suspension does not apply to servicing the existing deposits and customers of the bank.
