A commercial organization “Azertütün aqrar sənaye kompleksi” (Azertobacco agro-industrial complex) LLC, responsible for tobacco industry in Azerbaijan, passed state registration, the Vergiler newspaper of Azerbaijan’s Taxes Ministry reported July 18.
The authorized capital of the company is 100 manats, according to the information.
The company is registered at the following address: 35 Tbilisi Ave., Yasamal district, Baku.
Azerbaijani citizen Aliyusif Zeynalov is the official representative of the company.
The company passed state registration on May 25, 2018.
