In accordance with a decree by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Anar Karimov has been appointed deputy minister of labor and social protection of the population, Trend reports with reference to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Feb. 19.
In 2011-2018, Karimov served as an expert in international projects and a manager in the private sector.
He was a member of the Azerbaijan Bar Association, co-founder of the British-Azerbaijan Bar Association and vice-president of the Italy-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to his appointment as the deputy minister of labor and social protection of the population of Azerbaijan, he worked as an adviser to the minister of labor and social protection of the population.
