Chinese company to participate in Kazakhstan's solar wind plant construction

Solar wind power plant will be built in Kazakhstan’s Kentau city of Turkestan region, Trend reports via the region’s akimat (administrative center).
The information was disclosed during the working visit of Askar Mamin, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan to Turkestan.
Within the framework of the visit the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan, Turkestan region akimat and Chinese company KAZAKHSTAN CHN-KZ ELECTRIC INDUSTRIAL PARK GROUP was signed.
The total cost of Kotyrbulak solar wind power plant is $225 million. The output volume of the plant is 200 MW.
