During the six months of this year, Azerbaijan’s Ganja Instrumentation Factory produced goods worth 4 million manats, the company’s Deputy Director Yusif Pashazade told Trend.

He said that exports accounted for 1.2 million manats of this amount.

“Export volumes for the reporting period increased by 21 percent compared to the same period last year,” he noted. “Export products were directed to the Russian and Georgian markets.”

He said that the possibilities of the plant make it possible to slightly increase the production volumes.

“Until the end of this year, we plan to increase production by 5-6 percent,” he noted. “At the same time, production volumes may increase at the expense of those product items that are in greatest demand. These are water meters and gas control points. At the same time, the company also produces gas pressure regulators and LED lamps.”

Ganja Instrumentation Factory is one of the biggest in the field of machine engineering and is engaged in the development and production of measuring instruments, automatic and automated control systems.

The factory's activities are aimed at developing and raising the level of instrument-making in Azerbaijan.
