In June 2019, Iranian citizens increased the purchase of real estate in Turkey almost twice, Trend reports referring to Turkey's General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre.
In June 2019, Iranian citizens purchased 415 real estate properties in Turkey, which is by 187 properties more than in the same month of 2018, according to the report.
“In January-June 2019, Iranian citizens purchased 2,202 real estate properties in Turkey, which is by 1,258 real estate properties more compared to the same period of 2018,” the report said.
As many as 61,355 real estate properties were sold in Turkey in June 2019, which is 48.6 percent less compared to June 2018.
In June 2019, 2,689 real estate properties were sold to foreigners in Turkey, which is 30.5 percent more compared to the same period in 2018.
