Azerbaijani bread producer company Brot Baku plans to open a new store for the sale of bakery products, Nigar Abdullayeva, the company technologist, told Trend.
“The store, the creation of which will be funded by Brot Baku, will receive several types of bread and bakery products that are most in demand,” she said.
She noted that the new store is planned to open near the Novkhani settlement in Baku. “We hope that this store will be profitable during the beach season,” Abdullayeva added.
The technologist noted that the company plans to start developing new types of bakery products closer to the autumn.
“Our plans regarding the introduction of new brands of bakery products haven’t changed,” she said. “We are going to bake several types of French bread and expand the variety of products based on the Russian and German cooking technology. The company has several varieties of bakery products made according to Italian, Russian and German technology.”
