New investment projects to be realized in agriculture of Kazakhstan

Some 10 investment projects in the field of agriculture worth 10.3 billion tenge are to be implemented in Bulandy and Burabay districts of Kazakhstan’s Akmola region before the end of 2019, Trend reports with reference to press office of the prime minister of Kazakhstan.

This became known during the working trip of The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin to Akmola region, where he visited a number of enterprises in the areas of industrialization, housing and the agro-industrial complex.

During the visit to an ENKI enterprise for the production of ceramic bricks, which was launched under the Industrialization Map Mamin examined the automated process of technological production and the line of products. The plant annually produces about 60 million units of ceramic bricks. The issue of increasing production to 90 million units a year was considered.

Mamin also got acquired with the first base of Makinsk poultry farm, the capacity of which equals 25,000 tons of chicken meat a year. The second base is to be commissioned in 2020, which will increase production to 50,000 tons.

At the enterprise for the cultivation of agricultural crops, Zhuravlevka 1 LLP, Mamin was informed of the readiness for harvesting a territory of 74,000 ha.

Familiarization with the development of the agricultural industry continued during a visit to the KazBeef Group meat processing complex for the production of marbled beef. Askar Mamin inspected the production workshop of the enterprise, where following the reconstruction the latest technological solutions for the processing of meat products that meet international quality standards were introduced in 2019. The capacity of the enterprise is 120 heads of cattle per day or 10,000 tons of meat per year.

Nearing the end of the trip, Prime Minister noted the importance of ensuring a systematic approach to the development of the region’s economy and improving the quality of life of the population.
