Azerbaijan’s Aksaray Residence construction company completed 20-25 percent of the construction of the largest residential complex in the territory of the White City district in Baku, the company told Trend.
According to the source, this includes the construction of the second large premium residential complex under the White City project.
"The minimum starting cost per square meter of the building under construction is set at 1,555 manats. The prepayment price is determined depending on the price of the apartment. As a rule, it is 30 percent of the price of the apartment. We provide an interest-free loan for 36 months," the company said.
The first large premium-class residential complex was commissioned last year, and the construction of the next housing estate is currently underway, as noted by the company.
"Most of the underground parking construction work has already been completed, and the construction of the first floor of the company will be completed in the near future," the source said.
The construction of the second facility within the framework of the White City project began in April 2019.
