Azerbaijan’s AzerTechnoline company inks profitable export contract

AzerTechnoline LLC, an Azerbaijani manufacturer of pipes and other industrial goods, located in Sumgait city, has concluded a contract worth $80,000 for the supply of its products to the plant in Uzbekistan, owned by Akelik Group, an Uzbek plant, the company's representative, Elnur Ahmadov told Trend.

The contract includes supply of corrugated pipes produced by AzerTechnoline.

“On Oct. 20, we made the first delivery of the plant’s products to Uzbekistan, in the amount of about 5 kilometers of corrugated pipes, using eight trucks,” said Ahmadov.

Ahmadov noted that next delivery of the plant’s products is planned in the next two months.

“We look forward to exporting another cargo of products from our plant by the end of this year,” the representative said.

The commissioning of the AzerTechnoline plant, which is the first resident of the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park, was carried out in 2013.

AzerTechnoline plant uses modern technologies for the production and export of steel pipes with a diameter of 400-2,000 millimeters used for transporting crude oil, natural gas, for the needs of oil refineries, laying water pipes, as well as in steel structures.

The plant also produces polyethylene sewer pipes with steel reinforcement with a diameter of 400-2,400 millimeters, metal panel fencing made of wire up to 2.5 meters wide, plastic fittings and plastic injection moulding products, water and gas valves, as well as plastic circular valves.
