Iran discloses volume of loans issued for industrial enterprises in Kermanshah province

The low-interest loans worth 8.7 trillion rials (about $207 million) were issued for the industrial enterprises in Iran’s western Kermanshah province during 14 months, Hidayat Hatami, deputy governor of the province, said.

“The loans were issued to solve the problems of industrial enterprises,” Hatami added, Trend reports referring to IRNA.

The deputy governor stressed that the products worth $3 billion were exported to Iraq via the province from March 21, 2018 through March 21, 2019.

Hatami said that export value increased by 44 percent while export volume - by 33 percent compared to the previous year.

The deputy governor said that the Sumar customs service of the province has opened up new potential for the export of goods from the province. Thus, the goods worth over $1 billion were exported through this customs service last year.

Reminding that there are six customs services in the province, Hatami said that about 35 percent of the goods are exported from Iran to Iraq via this province.
