Hosseini noted that the parliament should limit the internet in such a way that the damage to these businesses is minimal.
The chairperson added that the political risks in Iran have hampered activities in technology and innovation sphere.
On Nov. 15, 2019, in Iran, the price of gasoline sold on quota increased from 10,000 rials ($0.23) to 15,000 rials ($0.35) and the price of gasoline sold free from the quota increased to 30,000 rials ($0.71).
A number of peaceful protests have taken place in Iran over rising gasoline prices.
