Iran's exports via ports of its Bushehr port disclosed

Iran's exports of goods (including gas condensates) via ports of its Bushehr province amounted to 19.2 million tons in the first nine months (from March 21 to Dec. 21, 2019) of the current Iranian year, Chairman of Bushehr Industry, Mine and Trade Organization Hossein Hosseini said, Trend reports citing IRNA.

The value of the exported goods was $6.3 billion and $455 million of this amount fell to the share of gas condensates, Hosseini said.

The amount of the non-oil exports via Bushehr ports reached about 18.3 million tons, which is 23 percent more compared to the same period previous year.

The main export items from Bushehr province via its ports included methanol, glycol, ethylene, sulfur, cement, clinker, tomatoes, dates, shrimps and seafood, Hosseini said, adding that these products were mostly supplied to China, the UAE, Qatar, Turkey, South Korea, Iraq and Afghanistan.

The total value of Iran's exports in the reported nine-month period amounted to $31.9 billion, while the value of imports reached $31.8 billion.
