Georgia, Azerbaijan offer US opportunity to learn about infrastructure development projects

The United States-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce (USACC) and the America Georgia Business Council (AGBC) co-hosted an information session on the U.S. Department of Commerce Certified Trade Mission to Azerbaijan and Georgia, Trend reports referring to USACC.

‪As reported, the trade mission to Azerbaijan and Georgia is scheduled for April 5-10, 2020.

The information session was attended by Deputy Minister of Labor & Social Protection of Azerbaijan Anar Karimov and Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Genadi Arveladze, as well as USACC and AGBC member and partner organizations.

The guests were briefed about the upcoming trade US mission to Azerbaijan and Georgia, which offers unique opportunities for American businesses to explore Azerbaijani and Georgian marketplaces.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Karimov highlighted wide economic potential and competitive business environment in Azerbaijan. In turn, Georgian Deputy Minister Arveladze briefed the audience about the regulatory and tax environment in Georgia.

Certified Trade Mission to Azerbaijan and Georgia offers the mission participants an exclusive opportunity to learn about upcoming government projects in infrastructure development in the two countries and meet with government officials, business executives, representatives of local and international companies operating there.
