Azerbaijan’s Cahan Pen LLC company, a wide-range plastic pipes manufacturer, plans to complete developing new types of products – composite PPR (polypropylene) pipes, a source in the company told Trend.
"It is planned to finalize developing the new types of industrial products by the end of next month. The products are expected to be introduced into manufacturing in summer months of the year. Moreover, the company intends to begin the development of fiberglass pipes in the second half of the year,” the source said.
“These products are in the greatest demand in the domestic market. The company also has mid-term plans to start their export. Russia is considered to be the potential sale market. The products we offer to our potential customers are of good quality and have a number of advantages for use, as they are resistant to rust and other external influences and are also considered the most hygienic," added the source.
Cahan Pen LLC is part of Cahan Holding group of companies, which has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1995.
The company operates in three main areas, particularly in the production of plastic pipes and their components, radiators and roofing systems, as well as facade coatings.
In 2007, the company began to manufacture its own products under the Magna brand.
