The Iran Khodro Industrial Group manufactured 51,400 vehicles (sedan cars and pickups), in the last Iranian month (April 20 - May 20, 2020), Trend reports citing the group’s website.
According to the report, vehicle manufacturing increased by 28 percent compared to the same month last Iranian year.
“Before that the largest manufacturing of Iran Khodro carmaker was recorded in the 10th month of last Iranian year (December 22, 2019-20, January 2020). Thus, 50,040 vehicles were manufactured,” report said.
According to the report, Iran Khodro carmaker manufactured 66,500 vehicles over the two months (March 20 - May 20, 2020).
“This is an increase of 8 percent compared to the same period last Iranian year,” report added.
The Iran Khodro plans to manufacture 500,000 vehicles in the current Iranian year (began from March 20, 2020).
