The Saipa Group of Iran manufactured an average of 2,276 cars per day in the third month of the current Iranian year (May 21-June 20, 2020), Trend reports citing the group’s website.
According to the report, Iran's Saipa Automobile Company ranked first in Iran in terms of daily car manufacturing in the last Iranian year (March 21, 2019 - March 20, 2020).
“US sanctions against Iran have limited cooperation with international companies, and the spread of the coronavirus has caused some problems. Nevertheless, the company's daily car manufacturing has increased,” the report said.
Iran's Saipa Group manufactured more than 79,500 cars during the first three months of current Iranian year (March 20-June 20, 2020). The company's car manufacturing decreased by 15 percent compared to the same period last Iranian year.
In addition, Saipa Group manufactured more than 39,900 Pride cars, more than 39,500 Tiba cars, 9 Cerato and 13 Ario cars in three months.
