Iran’s SAIPA Group manufactured a total of about 203,000 vehicles of various types during the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 20-September 21, 2020), Trend reports citing Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade of Iran.
According to the report, this is an increase of 1.2 percent compared to the same period last Iranian year.
“Thus, the SAIPA automaker company manufactured 172,000 passenger cars during the reporting period and which is a decrease of 2.7 percent compared to the same period last Iranian year,” the report said.
At the same time, the SAIPA manufactured about 35,000 vehicles of various types in the 6th month of the current Iranian year (August 22- September 21, 2020) and this is a decrease of 8 percent compared to the same month last Iranian year, the report added.
According to the report, the company manufactured 28,500 passenger cars in 6th month of current Iranian year. This is a decrease of 14 percent compared to the same month last Iranian year.
