Iran invested 65 trillion rials (about $155 million) in the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province (southwestern Iran) since the beginning of the current Iranian year (March 20, 2020) to date on December 17, an official of Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of the province, Behnam Khosravi said, Trend reports citing the organization.
The official said that this is an increase of 720 percent compared to the same period last Iranian year.
Khosravi added that 524 industrial enterprises will be established with the making of this amount of investment.
“Furthermore, 103 hectares of land in the industrial parks of the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province have been handed over to investors,” he said.
Khosravi noted that new industrial parks have been established in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, recently.
