A new enterprise for the manufacture of furniture and some types of metal products will be built in the Dashoguz region of Turkmenistan, Trend reports with reference to “Turkmenistan: Zolotoy Vek” (Turkmenistan: Golden Age) electronic newspaper.
The enterprise will include a production shop and the necessary facilities for technical purposes. According to the plan, the enterprise will produce up to 2,000 sets of products per year.
Currently, the delivery of necessary building materials has begun to the site of the future new building.
The new enterprise will be built by a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, namely Hilal individual enterprise, which specializes in the manufacture of high-quality metal and wooden doors, furniture for various purposes and plastic windows.
Some 66 percent of the structure of production in the country is accounted for by private business. Only from the beginning of 2020 through July of the same year, representatives of the private sector increased the manufacture of industrial products by 18.9 percent, agricultural and food products-by 28.7 percent.
Foreign investments are attracted for the development of the private sector in the country.
