Israeli KASS LAND to invest in Georgian Tsalka - Dashbashi canyon

Israeli company KASS LAND made investments in Georgian protected area Tsalka - Dashbashi canyon, said the Agency of Protected Areas, Trend reports via Georgian media.

As reported, the project is being launched by the Israeli company KASS LAND. Investments amount to 120 million lari. Construction work is nearing completion.

According to the project, a unique glass bridge with a length of 240 meters with a suspended glass cafe bar will be installed over the canyon.

In addition to the unique design, the engineering part deserves attention, in the design of which, together with local specialists, international experts were involved. Tourist centers, hotels, swimming pools, musical infrastructure, and other cultural events will be built in the vicinity.

“Despite the current circumstances resulting from COVID-19 pandemic, the development of ecotourism infrastructure has not been suspended for a single day. The total investment value of the project was increased by 30 million lari ($8.7 million) and amounted to 120 million lari ($35.02 million), which once again proves its importance and uniqueness. The success of the project will undoubtedly contribute to attracting investments and increasing tourism potential,” said Valerian Mchedlidze, Chairman of the Agency of Protected Areas.

The director of KASS LAND, Ekaterina Todriya, also said that this project is unique, and the construction work does not harm the environment.

“The ongoing work on the Tsalka canyon will soon be completed. It will be the main attraction center that will promote the canyon for both local and foreign tourists,” said Todria.
