The volume of industrial production in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan amounted to 459.4 million manat ($270.2 million) from January through May 2021, having increased by 1 percent compared to the same period of 2020, Trend reports with reference to Nakhchivan’s State Statistical Committee.
In 2020, the volume of industrial production in the autonomous republic amounted to 1.04 billion manat ($611.7 million), which is 1.4 percent more compared to 2019.
Investments in fixed assets in Nakhchivan last year from all financial sources reached 1.041 billion manat ($612.3 million), showing an annual growth of 1.1 percent.
The GDP of Nakhchivan in 2020 amounted to 2.9 billion manat ($1.7 billion), which is 1.1 percent more compared to 2019.
