Iran shares data on exports from Fars Province

In total, 320,000 tons of goods worth $370 million were exported from the Fars Province (southern Iran), during the first nine months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through December 21, 2021), Director General of Fars Province Customs Office Khodadad Rahimi said, Trend reports citing Iran Customs Administration (IRICA).

The director general noted that an average of 1,150 tons of goods daily were exported from the province in 9 months.

Rahimi added that the province's goods were exported to 49 countries, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkey, Pakistan, Kuwait and the UAE.

"The main products exported were urea, aluminum, tomatoes, dairy products, licorice and etc.," he said.

Iran's total exports for the first 9 months of the current Iranian year amounted to 92.3 million tons worth $35.1 billion. The exports increased by 40 percent in value and 8 percent in volume, compared to the same period last Iranian year.
