Turkmen multifilament yarn manufacturer exports to foreign markets

Turkmen enterprise "Abraýly dostlar" located in Ak Bugday district, exported 44 tons of multifilament yarns to Turkey, Trend reports to Rysgal newspaper.

Since 2020, the company has been producing polypropylene multifilament yarns, which are exported under the POLYYARN brand name. The threads are in high demand in both domestic and foreign markets. These products are exported to several countries, including Spain, Italy, Brazil, Uzbekistan, and Russia.

With the addition of cutting-edge equipment from the world's leading manufacturers, the enterprise is able to produce 1,400 tons of thread of various types and colors per year. The yarns produced there have a denier range of 150-6000 dtex and a breaking point of 6.8-7.5 g/denier.

Thermoplastic propylene polymer, which serves as the main raw material, are obtained from the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries and the Kiyanli Polymer Plant.

Finished products of the Abraýly dostlar are subjected to regular quality checks in its own laboratory, which uses ZwickRoell equipment from Germany, as well as in independent organizations.

Polypropylene multifilament threads are widely used in the textile industry, such as in the production of sheets and mattresses, as well as the sewing of polypropylene bags and other industries.
