A total 17 industrial enterprises will be put into operation in the Bushehr Province (southern Iran) on the anniversary of the Iranian Revolution (February 1 through February 11, 2022), Chairman of Industry, Mine, and Trade Organization of Bushehr Province Hossein Hosseini said, Trend reports citing the organization.
According to Hosseini, in total, 1.1 trillion rials (about $26.3 million) has been spent on these enterprises and 156 people have been employed.
The chairman added that these enterprises will operation on the production of calcium carbonate powder, LED lamps, various ships and etc.
“Within the first 10 months of the current Iranian year (from March 21, 2021 through January 20, 2022), 51 enterprises were put into operation in Iran’s Bushehr Province. In general, 1.6 trillion rials (about $38.1 million) has been spent on these enterprises and 409 people have been employed,” he said.
