TEHRAN, Iran, May 23. Iran and Kazakhstan will sign a roadmap for trade ties during the upcoming Kazakhstan President's visit to Tehran, said the Minister of Industries, Mine and Trade Reza Fatemi Amin told Trend among the reporters on the sideline of a joint meeting with Kazakhstan Minister of Trade and Integration Bakhyt Sultanov.
"Kazakhstan has considerable mineral and industrial infrastructures, Iran has proposed to import mineral materials including metal sheet from Kazakstan that has been well received by Kazakh officials," he said.
Minister pointed out that it has also been suggested that Iran can export medicine and medical instruments to Kazakhstan.
Fatemi Amin went on to say that a member of Kazakh delegation is decided to stay in Iran to visit several Iranian industries.
According to the minister, a Kazakh delegation lead by Kazakhstan's president Kassym-Jomart Tokayev is scheduled to travel to Tehran on July 19.
