BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 22. Iran's non-oil exports amounted to 27.7 million tons worth more than $13 billion, during the first three months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through June 21, 2022), Director General of Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) Alireza Moghaddasi said, Trend reports citing the administration.

According to Moghaddasi, Iran's non-oil exports increased by 21 percent in value compared to the same period last Iranian year.

“Within 3 months, Iran exported goods worth $4.21 billion to China, worth $1.82 billion to Iraq, worth about $1.74 billion to Turkiye, worth $1.64 billion to the UAE and worth $424 million to India,” he added.

The director general noted that in total, Iran's non-oil trade turnover for the first three months of current Iranian year amounted to about 36 million tons worth $25.5 billion, which is an increase of 19.5 percent in value, compared to the same period last Iranian year," he said.
