BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 23. Iran’s non-oil exports through the customs of the Kermanshah Province (western Iran), increased by 5 percent in value and 6 percent in volume, during the first eight months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through November 21, 2022), compared to the same period last Iranian year, Customs Inspector of the Kermanshah Province Customs Office, Bakhtiar Rahmanipour said, Trend reports citing Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration.
“In total, about 4.42 million tons of goods worth $1.77 billion were exported through the customs of the province in 8 months,” Rahmanipour said.
He added that the main exported goods via province’s customs were fittings, ceramics, fruits, vegetables, construction materials, dairy products, rubber products, and etc.
The official also noted that 6,680 tons of goods worth $47.9 million were imported through the customs of the province in 8 months, which is an increase of 6 percent in value, while a decrease of 58 percent in volume compared to the same period last Iranian year.
