A working group of Azerbaijan will leave for Turkey 21 August to participate in the discussions on the project on construction of Kars-Akhalkalaki-Tbilisi railway road. The working group including experts from Georgia and Turkey will be held in Istanbul, Turkey, on 22-23 August.
The agenda of the meeting includes issues on the search-project, feasibility study, market researches, project financing and attraction of interested railway roads and investors from different countries, establishment of a joint venture (or JSC, or a consortium) on construction and further joint exploitation of a new railway road.
