The Ministry of Agriculture will start issuing licenses for producing and sale of alcohol and tobacco products since September, head of the horticulture, seed-farming and agro-chemical service department of the Agricultural Ministry Sabir Veliyev told Trend.
According to him, a special department on issuing licenses was set up and its personnel was approved.
Veliyev also noted, the Ministry applied officially to the Cabinet of Ministers to get the permission for licensing the sales of chemical goods and pesticides used in horticulture and the cattlebreeding.
