Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismayilova / Real Estate Market Partcpipants social organization reported on 3 April that 2007 was the year of stability for the market of construction materials in Azerbaijan.
Rise in prices for construction materials comprised 6% as compared to January.
The construction materials produce in Azerbaijan made up 33.8% of the materials supplied to the real estate market.
In February, 86 varieties of construction materials were supplied to the market, whilst the prices for 15 of them rose, the prices for 7 of them fell, and the prices for 64 varieties remained stable.

Monitoring held by the organization revealed that after rapid rise in prices at market, rise in energy and public utilities, the prices for construction materials become stabilized in February.
Comparing February, 2006 the difference in prices comprised 22%, what influenced the prime coasts for the premises under construction.
