Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend S. Babayeva / The State Agency on Standardization, Metrology and Licenses reported on 1 May that the 33rd meeting of the Scientific Technical Commission on Standardization and the 16th meeting of the CIS Task Group on Information Technology would be held in Baku on 3-4 May.
Over 30 issues, including the introduction of standards and the intensification of co-operation between the CIS countries, will be discussed at the meeting.
The event will be attended by the representatives of the corresponding state organizations of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Russia and Ukraine.
The meeting of the directors of the CIS countries' central licenses is expected to be held in Baku at the end of May.
