Azerbaijan, Baku, 7 August / Trend / In January-July, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) exported over 12mln tons of oil via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline, while in the same period of 2007 the export totalled 3.8mln, SOCAR reported.
In 2006, the BTC exported over 1.403mln tons of oil.
Oil was not exported by railway to Georgia's Batumi port in July. In January-June, the figure totalled 245,800 tons of oil, while in the same period of 2007 it was 221,300 tons.
