Azerbaijan, Baku, 27 August / Trend / The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) put into exploitation high-debit well on Guneshli-13 platform, the SOCAR said on 27 August.
The well is in 2860m depth and its daily output is 120 tons of oil, as well as 45,000 cu m of oil gas.
Guneshli-13 platform was put into exploitation in May 2004. Nine wells were drilled and put into exploitation within four years. Daily output of these wells amounts to 1.7mln cu m of gas, 690 tons of oil and 205 tons of condensate.
More than 3mln tons of oil and 3.7bln cu m of gas was produced from the platform in Guneshli offshore field in January to July.
Oil and gas producing unit '28 May' of the SOCAR, which develops shallow part of Guneshli field, produces 14,495 tons of oil and 17.7mln cu m of gas a day. A total of 60% of produced oil and 80% of gas by the SOCAR belong to this oil and gas producing unit.
