Azerbaijan, Baku, 30 October / Trend , corr. E.Ismayilov/In 2009, the SOCAR Energy Georgia expects 10 percentage growth in oil product sale on the Georgian market, a source from the company reported.
The daily sale of petrol on the Georgian market of SOCAR Energy Georgia is 15,000, diesel fuel - 16,000 and 1,000 tons of liquid gas from Azerbaijan. Azerbaijani petrol and diesel provides 60% demand of the Georgian market and 40$ of liquid gas demand.
At present, there are 16 filling stations of SOCAR company in Georgia. The number of filling station are expected to be increased to 24-25 to the end of the year.
The co-founder of the SOCAR Georgia is SOCAR - 51 %, Petro-Trans FZCO - 32.7% and Ivan Chkhartishvili - 16.3%.
