Azerbaijan, Baku, 3 November / Trend / HSH Nordbank and DVB Bank issued $183mln credit (which is planned to increase to $2bln) to the Palmali group of companies to acquire three largest oil tankers.
Palmali is to purchase one Suezmax tanker of 165,000 tons deadweight and two Aframax tankers of 105,000 tons deadweight.
In the next few months, banks are hesitant to issue loan into nautical sector due to the financial crisis. The allocation of credit in such amount has been achieved, taking into account the company's activity and it's projects, Mubariz Mansimov, the Head of Palmali, said.
