Turkmen oil refinery announces int'l tender to purchase chemical products

Turkmenistan's major oil refinery in Turkmenbashi announced an international tender to purchase products for the oil and gas sector on Lot No. 5 - Chemical Products and Auxiliary Materials.
Tender bids should be sent to the second department of the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TKNPZ) at the address: Turkmenbashi Oil Refinery, Turkmenbashi, Balkan Province, Turkmenistan. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on April 13.
Those interested in the tender are required to:
- make a written request to participate in the tender by indicating their full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details;
- read the tender rules for suppliers of material and technical products for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan;
- obtain certification of lots and technical requirements; and
- obtain tender documents by paying $230 per lot.
The bank account should be indicated when submitting the application, and packages with tender bids will be considered after the funds arrive to the account.
