The Ministry of Industry and Energy of Azerbaijan is considering establishment of a structure to focus on energy efficiency, head of the legal department of the Ministry, Ibrahim Aghayev told journalists.
"So far this is a general idea and we are currently working on defining the form to implement," Aghayev said.
According to him, the structure for energy efficiency may be organised either in the form of a department at the ministry, or individual agency.
