Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has today opened Ismailli-1 Hydroelectric Power Station, AzerTAg reported.
President of Azerenerji Etibar Pirverdiyev informed the Head of State about the hydroelectric power station.
The facility has three hydro turbines, and three hydro generators.
The facility`s total capacity is 3,200 kWh of electricity.
The Head of State pushed the start button to commission the power station. The facility will employ 12 people at the initial stage.
The foundation stone for the power station was laid in 2011. Construction was carried out by local Azenco company.
