Int'l oilfield services company begins drilling of 15 wells in Uzbek region

ERIELL company signed two contracts with the Surkhan Gas Chemical Operating Company for drilling ten wells in the Valanzhinsky stage and five estimated production wells in the “Mustakilliqning 25” fields in Uzbekistan, Trend reports via Uzbek media.

Six drilling rigs have been mobilized in the Surkhandarya region, of which four rigs have already begun drilling ahead of schedule. Currently, more than 6,000 meters have been drilled in total.

To perform the work, ERIELL company has concluded contracts for the purchase of equipment, components and materials from leading manufacturers in Italy, Mexico, Russia, and Canada.

ERIELL continues to cooperate with Schlumberger in conducting geophysical surveys and well testing. With Weatherford company ERIELL has contracted to use a vertical well control system. Baker Hughes was recruited to perform the drilling fluid service. This will reduce the risk of complications during the passage of productive horizons and avoid accidents during the construction of wells.
